About Fire & Smoke
Twin Valley Fire & Smoke is a signature BBQ competition hosted by the Twin Valley Fire Department as a community fundraiser. Each year, BBQ teams gather to compete in a sanctioned Kansas City Barbeque Society event.
Guests can enjoy a full day of food vendors, raffles, and family-friendly activities in a lively outdoor setting. The event is free to the public and continues to grow, now welcoming an average of 65 competing teams annually. Held at the Classic Auto Mall, it has become a favorite local tradition that brings the community together in support of the fire department.
